Dr. Deepti Deshpande

Dr Deepti Deshpande completed her BVSc & AH from Bombay Veterinary College, MAFSU in 2010. In 2014, Dr Deepti completed her master’s in veterinary studies from Massey University, New Zealand with a focus in Cardiorespiratory Medicine and presented it at the ACVIM 2014, Tennesse, Nashville which was later published in the Journal of veterinary internal medicine.

Dr Deepti pursued her passion for cardiology and completed modules of the European School of Advanced Studies in Cardiology in the years 2016, 2017, 2019 in Portugal, Luxembourg and Italy respectively. In 2020 and 2022 she attended the European School of Advanced Studies modules in Anaesthesia and Pain Management in Vienna, Austria. 

Dr Deepti has a keen interest in Small Animal Cardiology and has been a consulting cardiologist to several leading Veterinary practices all over Mumbai where she offers Cardiac Care & 2D Echocardiography in the brand name ‘Don’t Skip a Beat’.

 

Dr Deepti is a consulting anaesthetist to several leading practices in Mumbai for Major critical surgeries and is an onboard anaesthetist for the Cyberknife stereotactic Radiation Therapy in Mumbai. At Acumed Veterinary Specialty, which is a referral neurology practice for pets, Dr Deepti is involved in all anaesthesia’s for Neurological patients that need MRI, CT scans, CSF Taps and  Neuro surgeries. 

 

Dr Deepti is an avid reader and enjoys travelling and trekking in the Himalayas.
